Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Raidstrats.gg ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Raidstrats.gg is a web-based raid planning application designed for World of Warcraft players. The service allows users to:

• Create and manage raid plans
• Import and organize raid rosters
• Create animations and movement paths
• Share plans with other users
• Use community strategy and reference tools on the site (subject to third-party terms where those tools load external content)
• Access guides, race-related information, and other resources that may include data or embeds from third parties

Your use of third-party integrations (for example Battle.net, Patreon, analytics when consented, or embedded reference content) is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Content Guidelines

When creating raid plans or sharing content, you agree to:

• Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
• Not create offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Not impersonate other players or organizations
• Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raidstrats.gg and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the raid plans and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us an unlimited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Display your content to you and other users
• Make technical modifications necessary to provide the Service

Reselling and Paywalling Plans

Commercial Use of Plans

You are permitted to restrict access to your raid plans behind a paywall or subscription on platforms such as Twitch, Patreon, or other third-party services. However, this privilege requires an active subscription to Raidstrats.gg's Max Patreon tier.

Terms and Conditions

• You may only paywall plans that you have created yourself using the Raidstrats.gg service
• Your Max Patreon subscription must remain active for as long as you maintain paywalled plans
• You may not paywall plans created by other users without their explicit written permission
• You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform (Twitch, Patreon, etc.) where you offer paywalled plans
• Raidstrats.gg reserves the right to revoke this privilege if you violate these terms or our community guidelines

Leaked Plans and Privacy

Raidstrats.gg takes no responsibility for leaked plans or unauthorized sharing of paywalled content. We are not involved in, nor do we monitor, the distribution of plans outside of our platform. If your plans are leaked or shared without authorization, Raidstrats.gg cannot be held liable.

Making Plans Private

To help protect your paywalled plans from being leaked, we recommend using Raidstrats.gg's guild-based privacy features:

• Create a guild in-game on an alt character - This guild will be used exclusively for Raidstrats.gg plan management
• Link the guild to your Raidstrats.gg account - Connect your in-game guild to enable guild-based plan privacy
• Invite subscribers on alt characters - Add your paying subscribers to the guild using their alt characters
• Create guild plans and set them to private - When creating plans, select the guild option and mark them as private to restrict access to guild members only

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raidstrats.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raidstrats.gg operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
