Only affects text labels on objects

Used when placing class, role, raid, and similar icons from the sidebar.

Where brief status messages appear (save, tether, export, etc.).

Lower bound for how long a toast stays; messages that request a longer time still use the longer value.

After the pointer leaves a toast, how long before the dismiss timer runs again.

Oldest toasts are removed when a new one appears and the stack is full.

Removes attached labels from objects only. Standalone text objects are untouched.

If a key is selected, you must hold that key to zoom the canvas. Without it, wheel scrolls the page.
